Arc Control RD1000A Function : The magnetic field of the torch package is indicated in the measuring ring and is evaluated. Measurable power current: 70-500 A. Housing approx. 50*220mm. Application : - Capture of weld current for distance adjustment and switch off at missing wire. - Capture of current rise at sides, for regulation of seam position. - Average capture of weld current, for regulation of amplitude width and weld parameters. - Regulation of seam filling. Mounting : The electric arc control will be clamped at the torch package, or at the ground line. Because of the large distance to arc, preventive protections are not necessary. The connection to the automate occurs by a rotated cable with 1.5-m length. |
